To update the time on your terminal see steps below.  If your terminal isn't listed or you would like additional assistance don't hesitate to give us a call.
 

Verifone Vx series terminals

1. From the main screen press the green "Enter" key

2. Select "Setup" by pressing the corresponding function (F) key

3. Enter password "1 Alpha Alpha 6 6 8 3 1" and press enter

4. Press the left most purple key to scroll down until you see the "Date/Time" option

5. Select the "Date/Time" option by pressing the corresponding function (F) key

6. Enter the correct date in MMDDYYYY format and press enter

7. Enter the the correct time in HHMMSS format and press enter

8. Press red "Cancel" key multiple times to return to main menu

 

Ingenico ICT Terminals

1. Press F (function) key

2. Put in the Password 1234567 F (function) key and then Enter

3. Press Enter on TELIUM Manager

4. Press 3 for Initialization

5. Press Enter for 1 parameters

6. Press Enter for Date/Time

7. Enter the correct date in MMDDYYYY format and press enter

8. Enter the the correct time in HHMMSS format and press enter

9. Press red "Cancel" key multiple times to return to main menu

 

First Data FD terminals

1. Press the orange tools icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen

2. Press "Date/Time"

3. Enter date in MMDDYYYY format and press enter

4. Enter the time in HHMMSS format and press enter

5. Press the red cancel key to return to the main menu
